What to Know Before You Visit
Reservation Policy
- Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booking time
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Chef Counter and private dining require 48-hour cancellation notice
- No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Large parties (8+) require a credit card to hold the reservation
Dress Code
- Smart casual to formal attire is encouraged
- We ask that guests avoid athletic wear, flip-flops, and baseball caps
- Business casual is the minimum for Chef Counter experiences
- Private dining events may specify a dress code — check your confirmation
- We want you to feel your best — dress for the occasion

How far in advance should I make a reservation?
For standard dining, we recommend 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings. Chef Counter seats should be booked 3–4 weeks ahead. Private dining inquiries should be submitted 4–6 weeks before your event.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — we accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergy-related dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please note your requirements when making your reservation or contact us directly. Our kitchen team will ensure your experience is exceptional.
Is there a minimum spend for private dining?
Private dining packages start from $95/person with a minimum of 10 guests. Full restaurant buyouts are priced by custom quote. Contact our private events team for a detailed proposal.
Can I bring my own cake for a celebration?
We prefer to provide celebration cakes from our pastry team — crafted to match your menu and occasion. If you'd like to bring an outside cake, please contact us in advance. A cake service fee may apply.
What is the cancellation policy for Chef Counter?
Chef Counter reservations require 48-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a per-person fee, as these seats are extremely limited and high-demand.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — Passion Fruit Prime gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used for dining, Rum Vault experiences, and private events. Contact us to purchase or for corporate gifting inquiries.
Is there parking available?
Valet parking is available Thursday through Sunday evenings. Street parking is available on surrounding blocks. We recommend rideshare for weekend evenings. Full address and parking details are provided in your reservation confirmation.
